Introduction

Academy courses are intended for implementation consultants, implementation partners, and support representatives. These courses focus on the basic configurations necessary for assisting customers with their implementation of SuccessFactors products. Courses are taught through a combination of self-guided learning, check-in meetings, and hands-on exercises. Attendees will gain the skills necessary to perform the core configuration for a SAP SuccessFactors product implementation project, and will become familiar with the resources and support available to configure the specific product for which the course is built.

THR83 – SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (Core Configuration and Applicant Tracking System) Academy

Delivery Method: Instructor Lead

Duration: 10-days

Level: Consultant Academy Training

Goals: You will gain the skills necessary to perform the core configuration for a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management project and become familiar with the resources and support available to configure additional features.

Content:

  • Identify the different areas requiring configuration for a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management implementation
  • Enable the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module via Provisioning
  • Modify system functionality with Admin Center
  • Create requisitions, applications, candidate profiles, and offer templates through XML configuration
  • Identify available documentation and templates
  • Describe Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Describe business rules
  • Enable and work with Foundation Objects and Generic Objects fields
  • Enable Recruiting Posting and post jobs to job boards
  • Identify best practices as they relate to the administration and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module

THR84 – SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing Academy

Delivery Method: Virtual Live Classroom

Duration: 5 days

Level: Consultant Academy Training

Goals: This course provides implementation professionals an in- depth understanding of the Recruiting Marketing module, including functions and capabilities, implementation methodologies, best practice recommendations for career site design, and practice with the tools to coordinate the work of the Shared Services team. The goal is to have a smooth and successful site launch for customers.

Content:

  • Describe the features of Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
  • Manage project scope, costs, schedule, and deliverables
  • Guide customers through the implementation process, including conducting the pre kick-off call, kick-off call, and regular status calls
  • Gather requirements and act as the communication channel between the customer and the Shared Services teams
  • Follow the Key Implementation Tasks checklist and submit tasks in QuickBase
  • Work with mock-ups in Notable
  • Complete the Configuration Workbook
  • Leverage and share career site design best practices
  • Prepare back link and widget recommendations for the customer
  • Explain the integration points between RCM and RMK
  • Final Course Assessment

THR85 – SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management Academy

Delivery Method: Virtual Live Classroom

Duration: 10 days

Level: Consultant Academy Training

Goals: You will gain the skills necessary to perform the core configuration for an SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management project and become familiar with the resources and support available to configure additional features.

Content:

  • Enable the Succession Management module via Provisioning
  • Modify system functionality via Admin Center
  • Import and export extended user information
  • Configure:
    • Employee Self-Service (ESS)
    • Manager Self-Service (MSS)
    • Employee Profile, including talent fields and background elements

    • Performance-Potential Matrix Grid filters, fields and icons
    • Various nomination methods, including incumbent-based nominations, talent pools (legacy and MDF)
    • Position management (legacy and MDF)
  • Run basic Succession Management reports
  • Identify available documentation and templates
  • Identify best practices as they relate to the administration & configuration of the Succession Management module
